Account Access
If you're having trouble signing in, use the account recovery options available from the BSI sign-in screen. If the problem continues, contact BSI support.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases made in the iOS app are processed through Apple's App Store. Eligible purchases can be restored through the purchase options available in the app.
Apple-billed subscriptions can be viewed or managed through your Apple subscription settings.
Analysis Questions
Analysis results depend on the selected business type, location, market radius, and availability of applicable data. BSI is a decision-support tool, and results should be considered alongside your own research and professional judgment.
